Reliable Performance in Challenging EnvironmentsThis differential pressure gauge is engineered to withstand industrial conditions. Its shock-resistant build and IP54 rating provide protection against dust and water splashes, ensuring reliable performance in diverse applications, from process industries to HVAC systems.
User-Friendly Design with Superior DurabilityA clear, 100 mm dial makes readings effortless, while the metal casing and Bourdon tube in brass guarantee a long operational life. Dual entry connections for high and low pressure enhance its flexibility for different measurement setups.
FAQs of Differenial Pressure Gauge:
Q: How does the Bourdon tube mechanism enhance the gauges accuracy?
A: The Bourdon tube, crafted from brass, converts pressure differentials into precise mechanical movement, ensuring that each reading is both reliable and consistent across a range of pressures.
Q: What benefits does the shock-resistant feature provide in industrial use?
A: The shock-resistant design protects the internal components from physical jolts and vibrations, making the gauge extremely suitable for rugged or mobile environments where mechanical disturbance is frequent.
Q: When should a differential pressure gauge with dual entry connections be used?
A: A differential pressure gauge with high and low dual entry connections is best used when monitoring the pressure difference between two points, such as across filters, pumps, or other equipment in industrial systems.
Q: Where can this differential pressure gauge be installed?
A: The gauges IP54 rating against dust and splashes makes it suitable for use in factories, process plants, and areas with moderate environmental exposure, particularly in India and for export markets.
Q: What is the process for connecting and maintaining this gauge?
A: Simply attach the high and low connections to the respective pressure points. Regularly inspect for leaks around fittings and keep the scale clean for optimal, long-term accuracy.
Q: How does the large 100 mm dial diameter benefit the user?
A: The generously sized dial enhances readability from a distance, reducing the risk of human error and saving time during routine pressure checks in busy industrial environments.
Q: What makes this gauge a preferred choice for exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers in India?
A: Its combination of robust metal construction, versatile connection options, and reliable performance has established it as a trusted solution among Indian exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers serving domestic and international markets.
